Radon is estimated to cause thousands of cancer deaths in the U.S. each year. The EPA and the Surgeon General recommend test all homes below the third floor for radon.

  • Testing is the only way to find the level of radon in homes.
  • Nearly one out of every 15 homes tests high for radon.
  • If high levels are found, there are ways to remedy the problem.
